Nation Sports are working with a Primary School based in East London who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a full time basis to work within their Y6 class. This is a general TA role, and you will be expected to have had experience working within Key Stage 2. At time you may take small groups for interventions and support some pupils on a one to one basis. Starting after the February Half Term 2022, the school are looking to secure a TA for the rest of the academic year.
About the Role:
- Start Date: 28th of February 2022 until the Summer Term
- Working within a Key Stage 2 Class (Year 6)
- Supporting the class teacher through occasional intervention and 121 work
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Have recent experience working within Key Stage 2
- Relevant experience with interventions and 121 work would be advantageous for the role
- Hold a valid Child Only DBD accessible on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
